Executive coaching for leaders who refuse to plateau

You have already achieved a great deal. The question is whether the thinking that brought you here is enough to take you further. We work one-to-one with senior leaders across the United Kingdom to dismantle the patterns that quietly limit performance, influence and fulfilment.

How the engagement unfolds

No off-the-shelf frameworks. Every engagement is built around where you are right now and where the organisation needs you to be in six months.

Discovery call

A candid 45-minute conversation to map the landscape — your role pressures, team dynamics, strategic context and the gap between current and desired impact.

Diagnostic deep-dive

We gather 360-degree input from stakeholders you choose, combined with psychometric profiling, to surface blind spots and untapped strengths.

Focused sprints

Fortnightly sessions over three to six months, each targeting a specific leadership behaviour. Between sessions you apply micro-experiments in real situations.

Embedded shift

We measure progress against the original diagnostic, recalibrate goals and build a self-coaching toolkit so the shift sticks long after our work ends.

The patterns that bring leaders to us

Most senior leaders do not arrive with a neatly labelled problem. They arrive with a feeling — something is off, and it is costing them energy, credibility or both.

Decision fatigue at the top

You are making more decisions than ever, yet fewer of them feel strategic. The volume crowds out the thinking time that high-stakes choices require, and small mis-steps compound faster than you expect.

Leading through ambiguity

Market conditions shift, board expectations pivot, and your team looks to you for certainty you do not feel. Coaching helps you lead credibly without pretending you have all the answers.

Transition into a bigger role

The first 120 days in a new C-suite or board position set the tone for years. We accelerate your read of the political landscape and help you build alliances before you need them.

Conflict you keep avoiding

There is usually one conversation — with a co-founder, a direct report, or a chair — that you know you need to have but keep deferring. We prepare you to hold it with clarity and respect.

Presence that does not land

You have the expertise, but something about the way you communicate dilutes your authority. We work on narrative structure, vocal delivery and the micro-signals that shape how others perceive you.

Burnout masquerading as drive

High performers rarely recognise depletion until it manifests as cynicism or disengagement. We help you redesign how you allocate energy so performance becomes sustainable, not sacrificial.

What changes after coaching

Outcomes are tracked against each leader's starting diagnostic. Here are the shifts we see most often across engagements.

Sharper strategic thinking

Leaders report spending 30 per cent more time on horizon-two and horizon-three priorities within the first quarter of coaching.

Reclaimed time

By delegating more effectively and redesigning meeting rhythms, clients typically recover four to six hours per week for deep work.

Stronger executive presence

Stakeholder feedback consistently notes improved clarity, composure under pressure and more compelling communication in board settings.

Resilient energy management

Leaders build sustainable rhythms that protect performance during high-demand periods without the boom-and-bust cycle they previously accepted as normal.

Questions leaders ask before starting

Most engagements run between three and six months, with fortnightly 90-minute sessions. Some leaders opt for an ongoing monthly retainer after the initial sprint to maintain momentum through major strategic shifts.

Completely. We never disclose session content to sponsors, boards or HR unless you explicitly ask us to share specific themes. A written confidentiality agreement is part of every engagement.

We agree a set of broad development themes with the sponsor at the outset, and provide a high-level progress summary at the midpoint and close. The detail of what you discuss in sessions remains between us.

Yes. Around 70 per cent of our sessions are conducted via secure video call. We also offer in-person sessions at our Northern Ireland base or at your office, depending on what suits the conversation.

A mentor shares their experience; a consultant diagnoses and prescribes. A coach holds the space for you to think more clearly, challenge your own assumptions and arrive at solutions that fit your context. We occasionally draw on advisory expertise when it is useful, but the primary mode is coaching.

Engagements are priced as a fixed package rather than by the hour, so there are no surprises. We discuss pricing on the clarity call once we understand scope. Typical packages for senior leaders range from £4,500 to £12,000 depending on duration and diagnostic depth.

Start with a conversation

The clarity call is a free, no-obligation 30-minute conversation. We will explore what is happening in your leadership right now and whether coaching is the right lever to pull.
